Biography

I began my career teaching mathematics and quantitative subjects at the university level. Later, I spent 20+ years building data-intensive and regulatory-sensitive systems across several of Canada’s largest banks. The through-line— whether in classrooms or capital markets—has been the same: reduce complexity to first principles, then rebuild with clear, verifiable steps.

At AccountingExamsMastery.ca, I apply that approach to accounting preparation—translating IFRS and ASPE, assurance methodology, and tax rules into plain language, visual summaries, and targeted drills that mirror exam blueprints. My goal is durable knowledge: what you learn for the exam should help on day one at work.

  • 23 years in banking/fintech: core platforms, risk, data & regulatory reporting.
